The Pike Jointed wobbler is suitable not only for fishing in shallow areas and near the shore. As with most pike lures, the best approach is a slow retrieve – with occasional changes in speed or pauses. In large rivers, cast downstream and retrieve against the current, occasionally stopping the lure near structured banks and over submerged vegetation where pike are likely to be hiding.
