If you are looking for a spare part (such as a rod tip, reel component, etc.), please contact us at david@nastrahy.cz. Ideally, include the product code (usually a number in the format 10407-830) and an exact description of the required part. When purchasing a reel, you received a reel schematic in the box containing a list of parts and their ordering codes, e.g. SERD6J697601. Providing this code will simplify the ordering process. We will promptly check the availability and price of the requested part and inform you accordingly. If you agree, we will order the item for you and deliver it as soon as it arrives.
