How to choose a gift for an angler?
In general, we recommend buying a specific gift for an angler only if you know exactly what will make them happy. The worst situation is when they receive a rod/reel/lure they didn’t want and have to pretend to be pleased.
If you know your angler’s focus—for example, if they enjoy fishing for zander—you can easily choose a set of proven lures and suitable hooks in a box or even a professionally assembled combo of rod, reel, and perfectly spooled line designed specifically for zander. These sets are created and prepared by David Havlíček and Ondra Matějka, whom your anglers know from hundreds of videos on our YouTube channel.
Upon request, we can add our signatures “David & Óňa” to the box, rod, or another product (if possible)!
Gift vouchers
You surely know the feeling—finding a book under the Christmas tree by an author you don’t enjoy, socks, or a cooking pot. And yet you wished for something completely different. The ideal solution is to give your loved ones a GIFT TIP or buy a GIFT VOUCHER. The recipient can choose exactly what they like, and they won’t have to fake their joy. Perfect, right? :-)
Goods exchange guaranteed until the end of January 2026
The gift didn’t work out? Nightmare! No worries. Until the end of January, we guarantee a free exchange for another product. The condition is that the item is unused and has intact original packaging and tags (on the rod and handle covers, etc.).
We’ll advise you!
For many years we have been advising your anglers in hundreds of videos on our YouTube channel, and we’re happy to help you choose the perfect gift as well! As passionate anglers, we know the right questions to ask to ensure the gift is chosen correctly. Feel free to call us at 608 323 472, write via chat on our e-shop, or email david@nastrahy.cz
